Abstract

Expert systems are computer programs that mimic the thought processes and expert knowledge to solve aparticular problem. Implementation of expert systems are widely used for commercial purposes becausethe expert system is seen as a way of storing the knowledge of experts in specific fields into a computerprogram so as to give a decision and to reason intelligently. This study will discuss Disease DiagnosisExpert System for Chickens. There is also the method used is a rule-based method to search back andsearch forward, with a design that is easy and in accordance with existing rules. Then the programcreated is expected to represent an expert in diagnosing diseases of chicken. Expert systems are createdare used as decision support and used as a tool for one to know the solution of problems in the Chicken.Rule-based representation in expert systems provide benefits in several aspects, namely the ease ofmodifying, both additions, changes, or eliminate.

Abstract

Cademic Information Systems at SMA Widya Nusantara is relatively complex system because thesystem involves many objects such as; students, teachers, schedules and scores. Each object has a relation to one another. If the academic system of data processing is still done manually, it will cause problems for system users (teachers, students and the Students Academic section). Writer build adynamic web application that can be used to disseminate the right information, quickly and accurately, develop and update student data processing, high school teacher at Widya Nusantara. Research conducted by using the method of observation, interviews, and literature. The support equipmentused in this research histocreate a model of Entity Relationship Diagrams and the Unified Modeling Language. Based on the problems of the Academic Information System in Widya Nusantara High School, the writer intends to create aweb-based academic information systems in order to provide convenience to the teacher in informing reports of student activity. The aim istomake the processof data reporting students cores and attendance activity can be informed quickly.

Abstract

Role of IT in business is very big because affects the continuity of operational processes oforganizations. In its management, IT needs a standard that can help managers to see the gapsbetween business risks, control needs, and problems. In its management, IT needs a standard thatcan help managers to see the gaps between business risks, control needs, and problems of existingtechniques. IT Governance is a structure of relationships and processes that drive and manage theorganization in achieving its objectives by providing value-added of IT utilization and balancingrisk with the results provided by IT and processes. Maharaja Ban is a company that is committedto developing business and serving the needs of customers, so it needs the support of good ITGovernance. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) is one tool inthe measurement of IT Governance that is used to view existing IT governance. COBIT has 4domains, namely Plan and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery andSupport (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluate (ME). This research was conducted for the fourthdomain is the restriction on the 7 process . Research results found that the level of maturity(maturity level) IT Governance at Maharaja Ban on level 1. This means that the current maturitylevel was below the expected level of maturity, so it needs to be improved to be located at theexpected level. To overcome the existing gap in this research has recommended several steps thatmust be done.

Abstract

School is one institution that has the duty and function to seek, promote and foster the potential of thestudents. Various factors affect the quality of education among which is the curriculum, instructionalmedia, learning and other methods can also give effect to student interest. Students' interest often affectstudent learning outcomes, with interest in learning the low is likely to produce learning outcomes thatare not optimal, in addition to the above lack of student interest is also influenced by the learning methodthat teachers are still using a system of conventional teaching by means lecture. The results ofobservations at one junior high school students to the data values are still many students who get lowmarks, especially in science subjects. This is caused by boredom experienced by the students of theatmosphere in the classroom, as well as the delivery of content media pembelajaan unattractive anddifficult to be understood by the students. So in need of a new system that can support teaching andlearning activities, one of which is interactive learning with intelligent agent-based animation. Thislearning system using multimedia development cycle by Mc Leod.

Abstract

Breast cancer is increasing in everycountries in the world, especially in developing countries likeIndonesia. Neural network is able to solve problems with the accuracy of data and not linear. Neuralnetwork optimization tested weeks to produce the best accuracy value, applying neural network withfeature selection methods such as Wrapper with Backward Elimination to raise the accuracy produced byNeural Network. Experiments conducted to obtain optimal architecture and to increase the value ofaccuracy. Results of the research is a confusion matrix to prove the accuracy of Neural network beforeoptimized by Backward Elimination was 96.42% and 96.71% after becoming optimized. This proves theestimation of feature selection trials using neural network-based method Backward Elimination moreaccurate than the individual neural network method.

Abstract

Hepatitis is a chronic disease that is chronic, at which time the person has been infected, the condition isstill healthy and not showing signs and symptoms Typical but transmission continues to run. So from thatprocess are still many people who do not recognize the symptoms of hepatitis. There have been manyresearchers who conducted the study to predict hepatitis, one of which applies the method C4.5. In thisresearch, C4.5 algorithm optimization using Particle Swarm Optimization to improve predictionaccuracy. After testing the two models namely the algorithm C4.5 and C4.5 Optimization using ParticleSwarm Optimization, the results obtained are algorithms. Thus obtained test using values obtained C4.5where accuracy is 79,33% and the AUC value is 0,655, while Optimization testing using C4.5ParticleSwarm Optimization with accuracy values obtained 85,00% and AUC values were 0,718 at the level ofdiagnosis fair classification. So that the two methods have different levels of accuracy that is equal to5,67% and the difference in AUC value of 0,063.
